Used to love this place. Ended up taking 5 bites before I got nauseous. Let my SO try it and they spat it out. Was bad enough that I hadn't eaten all day and still had to wait 2 hours for my stomach to settle. First time I have ever returned food. Staff was excellent.

Food was good, but for the price you can go to eat at a restaurant. Overall food was decent.Service was brutal. Lots of yelling behind the counter. My wife ordered bbq Korean chicken (or something like) and an older man served her up. An old lady yelled at him and took some chicken off the plate. Presumably for serving up too much chicken.The girl who rang us in, rang in an extra meal with ours . She said she would refund the whole meal and then just charge us for our 2 plates. This was done using Interac and I still don’t have the refund in the bank. So now we have paid for 5 meals not 2. Refunds should be instantaneous, no? Feels like I got scammed here.We won’t be back.Update: bank did not show refund. I never did get my refund, and we haven’t been back. Definitely feels like whoever rang us in, didn’t process our refund and kept the $$$. In effect we paid for 5 meals (3 via Interac that were supposed to be refunded and 2 cash) and received 2 meals. We had to tried to call restaurant as we were out of town, but no one answered. Still feels like we were scammed. Will never, not ever, be back. It’s too bad the owner never got back to us to make it right. Poor business sense.

Still giving three stars due to my first few experiences ordering my usual (BBQ chicken and BBQ pork) being amazing. When I ordered again today, it was terrible. The chicken seemed like they cooked it just long enough to not be pink in the middle, but they did not cook it beyond that. Not crispy at all. Not sure if they changed the recipe or what, but I won’t be back.

Hubby and I had at late lunch at the food court in the Park Place Mail in Lethbridge on Saturday Jan 21/22. Hubby thankfully did not choose the same fast food vender as I. The service at Kung Poa Wok was not friendly, staff appeared overwhelmed and the placement of combo I made was not appealing at all after being slapped on the takeout plate. Within minutes of eating half the meal my stomach was nothing me. While still at the counter at Kung Poa Wok I thought of refusing the food, however chose to take it which turned out to be a huge mistake. Before getting home to Vauxhall our home town my hubby had to pull over while driving so I could violently throw up. Never shall I attempt to repeat the thought of eat there.

It’s food court food.. compared to some of the take out restaurants I’d prefer this than those. I’ve ate here about 15-20 times since living in Lethbridge and I’ll continue to eat here. Price is reasonable compared to overpriced A&W or Taco Time.

They have great food some stupid reason always out of ginger beef you'd think they'd make more or have more ready when they run out and don't know why they changed everything online can even order a 2 item combo on uber. Honestly just have more ginger beef don't get how they made changes to the store and still out of damn ginger beef

A friend and I went and got this on July 4th 2022 and wow…. What a gross experience… 27$ for two little plates of old dried out noodles and rice, my friends broccoli looked like it was 3 days old and tasted it… 30$ almost for what we got was more than a rip off neither of us ate our food; and seeing these reviews I’m glad I didn’t try asking for a refund…. Super disappointing this place used to be the best place to eat in the mall….. save your time money and stomach…. 0/10 stars…… even the owner responding to some of these reviews shows their care for customer service and professionalism! Never going back!

I've eaten here the odd ocassion since I moved here over a decade ago. Never had a problem except the last few times I've gone there in the last year. First was early in the year and I ended up getting food posioning and took a couple days to recover. So I didn't go back for months and hoped it would be different. The second time time this year (and more recent) was yesterday. Food tasted great. It wasn't until the evening that I have realized I was sick again, just in time for new years. I've been living in my bathroom for the past 24 hours, and don't see an end of it yet.It's a shame considering I've always enjoyed eating there. But I likely won't risk it again.

We have always thought the food is pretty good. Prefer the noodles to the rice. Have enjoyed the black pepper beef, orange chicken, sweet-and-sour pork, ginger beef and honey garlic.For the price, sometimes the portions can be rather stingy, but it depends on the server. We usually get the 2-3 item combo. It seems if you get the four items, they skimp on the portions.Also, at times it felt customers are part of an assembly line, they're not that personable.But the food is tasty and their location is definitely convenient. It's pretty good for takeout Chinese food.
