2 star because yard guys are nice. But everytime i come here i am obligated to wait for hours because they screw up their appointments which results in substantial revenue loss on our end but am told it's our fault. Very frustrating.

Best supplier in the city. Knowledgeable staff and backed by great support.Gotta take a star away though guys. Wait time in the yard for service has always been slow, but even calling my order through in advance right now doesn't help. Sitting here waiting half an hour (like every time lately) for a pipe boot and a pourable sealer pocket...Someone could literally walk it to my truck, and I've been sitting here for 25 minutes. Called it through an hour and 10 minutes ago...Not sure if the management even knows this happens. But I'm literally charging my customers an extra hour and a half, for every time I have to 'stop by convoy quick'That aside. Still a great place. And remains my my first call.I just shouldn't have had time to write all thia and still be waiting...

These guys are the absolute best, Len is a top notch guy , one of the best, Dan is quite but don't let that fool you, the man knows his stuff ! The guys in the warehouse are so good to me , always happy , never yell unlike some other roofing supply companies i know ( wont mention any names ) its just a pleasure working with these peopleThank you!

Most of the employees here are fantastic but one guy, balding, glasses, one of the yard workers I believe, wears a safety vest, is easily one of the worst people I've ever come across. Not a good look for the company, very unprofessional attitude and incredibly rude comments made. I try to be friendly with everyone but this guy really tested my patience, pretty unfortunate really as otherwise they seem to run a solid business.

Small yard, have to be by appointment only. Have to get the tarps off before you come in. People very nice!

Fast unloading, Professional staff. Park outside on the street before entering yard cause place is very congested . You have to un-tarp before entering the yard. You can either un-tarp on truck stop before showing up and click some pictures before and after un-tarping. Other than that, everything is great.

I’ve worked with Convoy for many years in the past, I’ve found their service to be very good. Len, my sales guy, is fast, courteous, and professional. The yard manager ( forget his name ), is also very professional and attentive. When I put an order in by email the office staff, Lynn, is always quick to respond. Some supply shops make my crew go to site for 8/12 pitch loads, not Convoy! What a great perk!

First time ordering and it was quick simple and delivered to your vehicle what can you ask for more during these times.
