I emailed this company regarding fire alarm test in my building (during which the fire alarm rang hundreds of times - extremely annoying) but I didn't get any response. Obviously this company has no customer service - they provide service regardless of its quality and that's it, they won't listen to any feedbacks. I guess they don't live in its service buildings so they don't care.Update: The owner replied my email and they minimized the fire alarm impact in my building by making the fire alarm rang only in specific floors rather than the whole building. Great job! Thank you very much！
