Problem was not fixed. Overcharged for services not rendered. Very bad business ethics. While competitor charge $130-150 for diagnoises. I was charged $240 with invoice stating no gurantee on results. On top who ever came for the service had given my tenant their business card and ask my tenant to push for future upgraded that were not necessarily and even if so they should have been discussed with me who ordered the work to be done. Luckly for me my tenant and I share a good rapport hence they didnt ask for any upgrade and informed of this practise. I really hope your company will not engage in this type of future practices when customer trust their investments and expect to treated fairly.

Honest and upfront! Richard took the time to explain and show us why our old furnace finally bit the dust. He takes the time to make sure you understand the ins and outs of your new system and was very professional. We used Watson's for a furnace cleaning in the fall. We were so pleased with their professionalism we had them back in January to install a propane line to the kitchen as we were going to switch from an electric stove to propane. The new stove came and Richard and Jake were there to install. There was a problem with the stove and Richard called the manufacture and the appliance place to solve the problem. Problem was stove not installation. The fact that Richard and Jake went above and beyond to help us was amazing. Richard even called the next day to be sure the manufacture was taking care of us.I recommend Watson's Heating. You won't be disappointed. They show up when they say they will and explain everything. Very knowledgeable and professional.
