I called to cancel an appointment in advance and the phone call was very short - no questions about rebooking which was no problem. I will admit that I tend to put off dental appointments, but I was seeing them regularly and had never cancelled before. For the next several weeks turned to months, they began texting, emailing and calling extremely frequently. I’ve gone elsewhere because of this and had to block their number as their frequent calls have become a running joke with my family and close friends. I suggest anyone that has good insurance coverage to set boundaries with them or go elsewhere.

Been coming here for years. Carly is the best. Super professional, kind, gentle on the gums and I always enjoy our chats. Hardest part is not talking!

My experience was totally amazing. DR Diana and her assistant, Naila were fantastic. They were both so patient and gentle with me.I felt absolutely comfortable .I would recommend their services anytime. Thank you all.

I've been a customer here for years.Last time I went for a cleaning the water scaler or the payment machine didn't work.I had an appointment scheduled for last Friday which I couldn't make so I rescheduled for this afternoon. They had no issues accommodating the shift a couple days before.TodayThey wanted to do x-rays even though I had them done last May. ( not even close to a year ago) I declined as I've already had multiple x-rays this month. I said next visit. (I usually go every 5 months)She made me sign a form for denying medical treatment. Seriously!Then proceeded to clean my teeth. Made me feel pain at least 6 times. Caused my to bleed by cutting gums multiple times.She went around my completely almost 3 times? Got the pick stuck between my teeth and had to wiggle it out probably 20 times. The last straw was when she dug the pick into my bottom lip after treating the same gap at least 10 times.I had to stop her and end the treatment due to the pain and overall discomfort.There main concern is running up costs and charging my insurance company. I have good benefits.Last time on my patient file I saw my yearly benefit amount in big letters and highlighted.She had me in the chair over an hour today to run costs up. Likley because I said no to x-rays being taken.Worst dental experience ever.

Dr. Diana is super nice, she did a fantastic job both visits. She took the time to explain everything, made me very comfortable getting work done. Thank you very much!

One of the best dental experiences I have had here. Everyone is really nice and friendly here. As we all know dentists are super experts here but I would also like to aplaud the helpers here. They are just wonderful. I came for my filing here and I was super nervous but the assistant/helper Naila Imran was super nice and assured me it will be fine. Her hand is super soft and she kept engaging me so that I wont feel a thing. Hats off to the Dentist Dr. Kim and Naila here :)

This staff is truly talented and very professional. I have been seen by various members and I find the trend to be the same. They ensure you are comfortable, provide reassurance and value you! Going to the dentist can be such a fearful experience, but I must confess, every time I visit Westney North Dental Clinic, the fear gets a little less. Today I had my teeth cleaned by Simone and I was impressed by how thorough she was. Great Job! May the Lord continue to bless this wonderful team!
