I loved working there, worked with the best people and made the best friendships for life. However. The disrespect that comes from management is astounding. They treat their employees like trash and they have such a high turnover rate for even being able to keep employees because the operation of the facility. Your Christmas bonus should not be more important then your employees and the means they need to survive.

Horrible experience dealing with this company! I have been a builder for over 30 years and haven't ever felt the need to post a review before. I got this job late in the game after these trusses were ordered. This company sold a set of trusses to a customer knowing full well that it wouldn't work properly in this application. Without getting into too much builder lingo details, I can't believe a company would knowingly do this. I tried, without success, to work with this company to come up with a solution to make the supplied product work. The answer that I got was well the home designer approved it." Well to me that's not acceptable. Talk about setting someone up for failure and putting your profits before professionalism."
