We enjoy our aged meats and discovered this place. Owners know their meats. Got some aged ( 45 days) Cowboy steak and it was awesome. Will come again. Recommend for steak connaisseurs. Bon appetit!

This is our butcher and we're not even in Laval haha.Everything we've had ranges from very good to excellent. The ribeye and picanha are our house favorites and we have a soft spot for the chicken burgers and the korean-style marinated short ribs, too. If they don't have what you want in the quantity that you want they'll sort you out. The variety on sausages is wide and the fact that they're frozen is quite convenient.Beirut staff, you're doing an amazing job.

Having grown up in Alberta and I have a lived a somewhat cultured life, in Toronto and South Florida, I found myself here in Laval, with my amazing fiancé. I couldn’t even purchase the meat, I saw at local grocery stores. After searching for AAA rib eyes, I found this amazing butcher in Laval. My fiancé is from Lebanon and hadn’t even heard of this spectacular butcher. We purchased two bone in Prime rib eyes, I prepared those two amazing steaks this eve, I can’t credit myself; this beef is TOP of the TOP and dry aged! We won’t be purchasing from anyone in Laval, except here!!! Beyond “Outstanding “!!!!

Excellent service, the meat is pure quality triple A beef or Prime. The staff is super friendly, they make you feel like home and the owners are super professional and you can tell that it's their specialty. You will not be disappointed!!
