First time there today for my echo. There’s no change room. The european lady asked me take off clothes (lights on) and lie down with the small drape sheet. While I was changing she opened the door and prepared the next patient. She didn’t wait for a bit. While putting on my jacket she then again opened the door and another patient was standing there… looking.No patient privacy! I hope she’s not there for my second visit

Very unprofessional. I was asked to pay $60 cash ( they do not accept debit/ credit ) for a blood pressure monitor which did not even work most of the time. They unwillingly provided an invoice( took them sometime to print one from a PC with no stamp , no GST #) when I asked for a receipt. I will check with OHIP if this service (blood pressure monitoring ) is covered or not. Will never go there again.

They should rename this clinic as Ultimate WORST dignostics. They never pick up the call so i dont know why they have phone number at first place. Secondly they never give call back or a timeline on when they will send report to family doctor. I dont understand if they understand the seriousness of this clinic. Should act more proffesional so the patient go home with relief and not stress. I would not give any stars but this is the bare min i have to give. Shut the clinic and stop practising if you are not serious about helping the patient. Also remember you are not doing this for free. The least a patient can ask is their results after months.The day i went here a guy came to this clinic with her elderly mother and they were speaking in pharsi and i didnt u derstood a word except for the one line the patient said in englist is this place is Ultimate worst dignostics. I should have understood at that time only. And also atart speaking in english.
