This place is great. They often offer a selection of options on how to proceed when something goes awry. I've had two different vehicles serviced by them multiple times since I've started going here over the past year, and they've solved all of the problems with totally agreeable pricing each time. If I had to post a criticism of them, it's that it might be hard to get an appointment to begin with (probably because their work and pricing is fantastic). However, once you're in, you're good, and you'll know you won't have to worry about that issue again. They're definitely my main shop, and I'm very happy I was recommended them.

The main mechanic, Moe, is extremely knowledgeable and very honest and above board with clients. They will give options and will give a guarantee of the services provided. They will also try to find the most economic solution to work with before ordering in expensive parts. I’ve been returning to this shop for 13 years now, and will always come back as their work is excellent.Only problem is with their waiting area and the entrance to the shop is a bit tricky as they’re always busy and have cars parking on their lot.

Been going to Prince Auto for years now. Was recommendedby a colleague when my old mechanic told me that my carneeded couple major repairs. I needed a second opinion.From the moment the owner looked at my car, he reassured me thatthose repairs were not needed.Every since then, i never went to any other mechanics. Over the years,i went for maintenance routine repairs to major ones and not once was i disappointed or felt cheated. Prices are reasonable. The owner is not only honest but very skilled and always gives advice on what needs work now and what can wait. I can't also forget his staff, they're very knowledgeable mechanics. I highly recommend this garage.

This shop was recommended to me by a trusted colleague in the auto parts business, so I inquired about obtaining an Ontario Safety Standards Certificate inspection. To my delight, I was offered a same day appointment. The staff were clear and concise about every step of the inspection process, and even specifically pointed out any areas of concern on the car so I could see for myself, which was definitely reassuring. Once they completed the initial inspection, I was given a comprehensive explanation of exactly what repairs the car needed, along with the exact cost, which was very affordable, and much less than what I thought I would have to pay. The repairs were completed promptly while I waited, and I drove home afterwards feeling as if a great burden had been lifted from my shoulders. Now it's been well over a month having driven over 2000km, and the parts/repairs have held up precisely to my expectations, with no issues at all and no anticipation of any pending problems. I will be bringing my car back to them next time it needs repair, and I will be recommending their services to my friends and family. Thanks guys!
