Mutts n Pups Doggy Daycare

They were able to accommodate us last minute. Very professional on the phone and in person. Felt very at ease leaving my pet there. Thank you!!!

I took my dog to Mutts ‘n Pups for a bath and brush out this week and I’m really glad I did! They were able to give me an appointment within a week and a half (other places are booking 3 or more weeks out at this time). My dog is not super trusting of new people and I could tell that Amanda knew how to work with her and I left her there feeling confident that she would be in good hands. I was also delighted to find out that Amanda had trimmed Penny’s nails as part of the bath experience which I was not expecting and I’m very grateful for.

Fantastic day care for my dog! Always excited to go and extremely tired at the end of the day. Owner also regularly posts photos of the dogs during the day which is really nice

I brought my 4.5 yr old Maltipoo for a wash and cut. I was happy to run into Caitlin who had looked after our dogs at another salon. Long story short, Lola turned out beautifully and was cut exactly as requested. The ladies I met were very nice and the facility clean and easily accessible. We'll be bringing both dogs back regularly.

Our little dog , a Pomeranian/ Chihuahua mix LOVES Mutt n Pups. He has been going there every Monday since he was 4 months old. It has been a great experience for him... he has lots of fun .. and it really helped to socialize him and make him feel confident among dogs of all shapes and sizes. Even though he is tiny... he has come to see himself as one of the boys .. even in a room of big dogs...highly recommend..

Can’t say enough great things about this place. Super easy to use portal, clean facilities, friendly staff. My pup always leaves here with a smile on her face. The owners and staff are great and even spend a few minutes with you when you pick your pup up to tell you about his/her day. You can really see the love and passion with their work and how it reflects on your dog.

My pup is very happy at Mutts n Pups. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to take him in on a minutes notice. The location is very convenient for me. When I walk my dog close to or past the daycare, he gets very excited to see all his buds.

My dog loves going to this daycare. Julie is great, friendly and accommodating to changes in schedule, really nice environment for the dogs we're really happy we found this place for our older dog.

Amanda is a pleasure to deal with, both over the phone and in person. We had our meet and greet prior to grooming as we are new clients and at that time I felt very confident that my boys would be in good hands. I brought them both separately for their grooming s today and in both cases it was evident that all had gone well. The boys looked beautiful and neither one of them were stressed. What a relief!! I plan to continue taking my boys there for their groomings and would highly recommend their services.

Really gross behaviour. Spoke with the owner over the phone, explaining we were having a very tough situation with our neighbours, and with people harassing our dog and making her bark during the day. He said that was normal, and they had lots of clients with the same problem. Feeling comfortable, we brought our 1 year old puppy in for her first day (ever, at any large daycare). After two hours, they called me to kick her out for crying (so they claimed, she was silent when I came back for her). They were laughing about it over the phone, as if they hadn't just cost me a full day of work. Our puppy goes to different babysitters frequently, with multiple dogs in the house, and has not once been described as behaving in the way these people were claiming. When I re-explained to the woman at the counter that we have a finicky neighbour who is making our life a living hell, which was why we needed them in the first place, she said she couldn't blame them for harassing us. She admitted they had over fifteen dogs in that day, and when I said I figured, she again contradicted the accounts of multiple private babysitters, claiming our dog required a personal staff member to be in the building, or she was a public danger. My dog is 12lbs, and again, it was a complete contradiction of her normal behaviour. Managed to get her to an emergency sitter this afternoon, again with other dogs. This sitter said that, as always, she cried a little when I left, then went on with her day. I couldn't possibly recommend this place any less; entirely unprofessional.
