Studio is clean & modern! Stacey & the girls at the front desk are always inviting and very knowledgeable on the beds and products. I have been trying the red light therapy for a over a week now and I'm already seeing a difference in the overall complexion of my skin! Cant wait to see the results after a month.

Would highly recommend this Studio and my Lash stylist Gloria! I absolutely love the look of my lashes. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted so I described it to her and she picked and it was perfect just what I was hoping for. I also really like the cooling eye patches they use and the cleanliness of the Studio. Great experience. Thanks!

The salon is clean and the staff very nice, but my husband and I bought 450 mins to use to get a base tan before a trip, and no results! We tan every year before we go on vacation, and I tan very easily- but it looks like I haven’t gone once! Ive never needed to do 20 min sessions, and thats all we do- still no results. Really disappointing, and total waste of time, at a very busy time of year.

If you’re looking for poor quality lashes which will fall out in 2 days this is the place for you!I asked for light volume fluffy lashes and got very large heavy fans which did not cover my whole lash line (I had none placed in the edges and it made me look like a broom head was on my eyes). I can count how many fans there are on my lashes and you can see she attached some to my eye lid. After 3 days I was missing more than half my lashes. This was not a new tech either, this was the manager of Langley and Walnut Grove.Plus they charged 200$ for a “light volume”… unfortunate.

ONLY bought a package so that I'd have a base tan before traveling. Didn't get a tan and found out the wrong bulbs were put in when I returned. Also bought 2 very expensive creams before leaving... They refunded all my minutes, but it doesn't really seem enough since I only bought the package because I was traveling... No offer to refund my money or any type of compensation. It really was the very least they could do. Friendly staff though...but that doesn't really help me....

got my lashes done here.. i love them!! gloria and the staff are amazing and she knew exactly how i wanted my lashes done since i'm kind of picky about them.. will definitely be back :)

Look elsewhere for lashes... The lash technician did not listen to what I wanted, asked for short and natural looking and she gave me the exact opposite.. I ended up with huge lashes that touch my eyebrows and block my vision. She said they would soften in a couple of days and look better, they did not. I called to see what they could do for me to fix them and they offered to take them all out and do a new set but would charge full price... Horrible customer service and horrible lashes.
