Efficient, on time and caring. I gave the technician the garage sensors I had purchased myself and he had no problems installing them. Didn’t try to push their own products on me which I appreciated.

Very knowledgeable and efficient. He came well equipped, rapidly replaced the broken parts and reprogrammed the door opener. Plus he was very reasonable with his fees.

Technician never showed up. Waste of a morning. No excuse, no apology. There are too many other companies that could help with this service so I've already called another company. I wouldn't waste my time.Follow-up note:Company had never advised me that they would show up late. I was told 9-11 am. At 11 I had to call for an update date. So I called and they said the technician would give me an update. 15 minutes later I get a call that he will be over an 1.5 hours late. The issue was weather conditions" but bad weather in Montreal only started in the mid-late afternoon. Bad management and clear disorganization. Avoid."
