Meadowvale Ford Service

I have had a very bad experience with Meadowvale Ford dealership service. They don’t have any good tone with the customers and they are very rude. Specifically, there’s a women named Wendi. She is the Service Advisor. They charged me about $150 just because they wanted to boost my battery jump. After I had a talk with her, she was very rude and aggressive. I asked the customer relations manager named Raji to solve my problem with Wendi and turns out he was even worse than Wendi herself. There is the minimum amount of customer care. The wrong thing about the business is that they hired these types of people there because they will lose a lot of money and customers due to their behavior. They have horrible customer service and be aware of this place. I advise u to not come here unless you want to be charged more money than usual by a lot. Also the car is already under warranty but still charged me with lies. #STAYAWAYFROMTHISLOCATION!!

Would have been a new customer here had my service call been scheduled. Will go elsewhere for ease of booking an appt. I wonder how their actual service would be? Will never know.

Was talking with the parts guy and just seemed like he was trying to end the call as fast as possible just gave me very quick and blunt responses to my question doesn't even seem like he was actually looking up and checking the compatibility of my part.Do better Service is supposed to provide service and not just brush away it's customers.

Very good servicing times, they can improve by providing shuttle service to nearby areas of Brampton if not to the entire city of Brampton.

Great customer service from Gurneet! I was having an issue with my dash screen and they took care if it without delay except for the part. Awesome and quick service from the shop.

I just had great customer service from Gurneet for a bit of an unusual request. She was quick, cheerful, helpful and went above and beyond. I have had many dealings with this dealership, in servicing my '08 F150 over the past 3 years. Always communicative, honest, on-time and usually the bill came in UNDER the quoted work order.

I brought my truck in for service as a few sensors were malfunctioning. I dealt with Wendi and Marc and could not be happier with the service. They both went over and above to make sure my truck was fixed properly. Thanks again!!

I brought my wife's Fusion to this dealer once for an oil change. The car had a little over 100k on the odometer, and I was asked if the spark plugs had been replaced. I said no because the manufacturer (Ford) says to replace them at 160k when driving normally (no towing, extended idling etc..). Then the advisor Wendi" said something I still can't believe as a mechanical engineer : "We" recommend 100k! I paid the invoice and of course
