The worst burger I ever had at a restaurant! Not even worth paying $5 for that, and certainly not $20!!! The kitchen looks super dirty and the staff is rude. Only good thing were the fries.

We were really disappointed in the food. The day was beautiful and view was great. .. the food was greasy and we all felt gross after. Wr ordered a ceaser salads ..fish and chips and a portion of fried shrimp (that was the worst). The size of the portions were small. I cant even say the service was good. It just wasn't. Maybe new owners.

Service was fast as there were hardly any customers. Should have been the first warning sign. Fish and chips were not exceptional. My partner had the Halibut, and I had the Cod, and there was hardly any difference between the 2. I have had better.

Not the best or worst fish and chips we've had. We love the fries... not salty, nice and crisp. Plus the tartar sauce. Delicious. During our visit it wasn't that busy so it was great we had our orders right away... it will take longer when there's more costumers because it is run by two people. Waitress/cashier and the cook. Waitress was not too bad. She got us what we needed. The inside is a little bit outdated and disorganized.

We ordered small fries and one poutine. It took us for half hour to get our food. While I waiting I saw the owner used a lot bare hand pick up some food that falls on the counter and put it back on a plate. Also scratch her head and use bare hand to touch food and slice lemon. After the sever delivered food to another table before us even though they came after us I ask the sever that we have been waiting for over half hour. They didn’t say anything and your food will be in two minutes. Very bad hygiene. Service and food portion was unacceptable!!! $13 for little poutine and fries were so overcooked.Don’t recommend and will never eat there again !!!

The taste of fish and chips is not good. The oil is overly reused and the fish is small. The chowder has very little seafood in it. The waiting time is also very long.

Docks fish and chips have amazing service. There waitress are so sweet and food was served within 10-15 minutes. The halibut fish was very good and the batter was thin and fluffy

Good fish and chips dinners. Good menu of various food items. Also they have a good pickup service. Can be quite crowded during the high tourism seasons.

Unfortunately, as we wished to dine in for Fathers Day to enjoy fish and chips, we decided to go somewhere else due to a lack of customer service.Understanding that orders are being made and others being helped. Three times, the waitress passed by without acknowledging me standing inside the restaurant.I do hope that the future service will be more welcoming.

We went here for lunch as they had halibut and chips on the menu. The first warning sign should have been the dirty windows and barriers between the booths. The service was slow but we persevered. Our food came out quite fast but it became apparent that the speed it came out was due to the fact that it was all pre-made, frozen products. The fries were obviously store bought as was the miniscule portion of fish. For $25.00, I expected more. After voicing our observations, the two of us who ordered the halibut were provided with one tiny portion to share on the house". If you want good food for your money
