Cute place and loved the ambiance!! My friends and I stopped by here Saturday afternoon for drinks and small bites. The inside decor is so cute, with lanterns all around, like the city of Hoi An in Vietnam!Drinks were okay, reasonable priced. For food, we tried the Cha Gio (pork & shrimp fried spring rolls) and Beef Carpaccio—both pretty good but seemed with a fusion twist.

Enjoyable and high quality viet style dishes, at the expense of traditional taste.Came to Dzo yesterday for a quick dinner with friends and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food. Upon entry and looking at the menu, I could tell this place wouldn’t be a run of the mill Viet spot and would feature some twists on common dishes. I’m not usually a fan of restaurants like this, but I would be welcomed to returning here again. Our party started with the spring rolls, wasn’t mind blowing but I would easily recommend these as a great starter. I must also mention that servers were nice and food got brought out very quick.I myself ordered the Bun Bo Hue for my main and I am very conflicted. The quality of the rib and tofu were excellent, with the rib being incredibly tender. My gripe with my dish and overall all of the dishes we tried, was that they all felt like they were missing something in the taste department in comparison to a traditional viet restaurant. But I cannot let that change the review as you are coming here for a somewhat twist on Viet food (i.e. their viet poutine dish).Overall, Dzo offers a unique viet dining experience, accompanied by a mellow and cool ambiance.

Pretty good food, with a beautiful interior and large portions. The drinks are great though very light, and the vegan dishes are very nice, I really enjoy the flavour of vegan broth that they provide. Though, I feel their dishes taste best when you ask for sriracha on the side to add a bit more seasoning and heat. This restaurant is seriously vibey inside, the staff are nice and attentive, and the music is good — contemporary pop/rap. A great spot to go with a group of friends.

Cute little place for Vietnamese food. We tried the spring rolls, chicken and veggie day pho as well as the bun bowl. We enjoyed the food, flavorful, good portions and fresh . I just felt like in the veg options, the flavors for all the noodle bowls sounded very similar. I wish they had just a bit more variety in terms of the flavors. I would definitely recommend visiting this place because we enjoyed everything we ate.

Delicious food! Went here for lunch and I was impressed by the quality and filling portions. I had the beef Pho and I loved how the noodles were fresh and had a chew to them. The broth was rich with a generous amount of beef on top. However, I wish the soup was warmed up a bit more as it was not very hot. Each dish tasted flavorful with every component being thoroughly cooked to perfection. The interior is very ambient and overall a cool atmosphere. Worth a visit for anyone in the area.

I was very excited to try this place because I have been following it on Instagram, but I have to say that I was very disappointed in the food.We were on of the few tables there (prior to us entering they were full, but once we got in, it seemed like the dinner rush had left) however, our food took awhile (not complaining about time) but it was as if our food had been sitting there for quite some time. One do the dishes we ordered was a clay pot meal, so I would assume that the food would have been hot or at least warm, but it came on the cool side. From some of the reviews, I’ve seen, lukewarm has been an issue at this restaurant. We were brought the wrong appetizer, but we’re charged for both. We only realized after we had paid. The server gave us back the refund in cash, but I think he failed to include the fact the taxes and the tip that were mandatory since we were a party of 6 and gratuity is included.I’m irritated that our gratuity was included not because I’m anti gratuity ( I used to be a server, so I get it), but our server was more concerned with cleaning his old tables then checking on us to see how we were doing. Again, I get it, things need to get done, but when your restaurant is empty, don’t ignore your table like you have ten tables, when we’re were literally the only table in there for most of our dining experience that night. If you take a look at my review history, I give great reviews more than not, so I’m not really one to complain, but this experience has turned me off to this restaurant.

This place has a fantastic ambiance and the wait staff are so amazing, customer service was great! We did have a slight issue with one of the dishes but the manager corrected that! The chicken and waffles was amazing and cooked perfectly! The pho was the dish that can flavorless for the most part, but the kitchen staff corrected the error and the new dish came out with the flavor u would expect from a pho broth! When u go just make sure u tell the waiter that u want a more authentic flavor not a Canadian washed out version lol! I would def go back!

Randomly stumbled across Dzô after an event and was floored by the food and cocktails. I have since returned twice.A chance to try the beef stone bowl with the short rib and it was absolutely amazing! Probably some of the best pho I've had in a long time. Watching the short rib slide off the bone was very satisfying. As for the cocktails, their spicy passionfruit margarita was on point! I am a person who would rather make my own drinks because but this was one I enjoyed thoroughly. All in all, this may become one of my staple spots whenever I am in the area.Do not hesitate to give this spot a chance!

An interesting spin on Vietnamese cuisine...giving classic dishes a modern twist. Everything is quite good at this restaurant, need to go back again to sample other dishes from their menu.
