Jean Coutu Drug Store Pharmacy

Worst service I've ever had. I've filed a report with the Better Business Bureau because their refusal of service was borderline illegal (they ended up serving me in the end once I called their corporate office in front of them)

Nice and clean pharmacy but the service at the lab is always extremely slow... they rather take care of online/phone orders rather than serve the customers who are there in person. Took 30min to get 1 simple medication renewal on a Wednesday morning when there was nobody. Very disappointing.

These people do not practice what they preach. Once in the store they have papers in every section that you are not allowed to buy those products, arrows in the floor with the allowed distance and yet one employee was placing products on the shelves and she passed by twice very close to me. When I pointed the distance indicated on the floor she was not happy and with an attitude she pointed that there were some products on the floor and she wanted to pick them up. As I continued on my way I heard her say something in her native language. My guess it was not something very nice. As a pharmacy I believe you are supposed to set an example. Also, not allowed to purchase a Polo after-shave but it's ok to purchase a Gilette Cool Wave aftershave (the lady told me it's because Polo is considered as perfume (following the government rules)). I guess the slogan: ''At Jean-Coutu we find everything even a friend'' does not apply here.Response to the owner:The store is located on Samson boulevard in Laval. As for my contact information, it is confidential and is irresponsible on your behalf to request that type of information especially when the message contains all the details you need to correct the situation.

Do not let them mislead you by saying your ears have to stick out completely for passport photos. It's not true, and you'll end up looking like an alien. Had them redone. Go somewhere else

Extemely disappointed to learn that Jean Coutu does not recycle their empty plastic pill bottles as their competitors do which indicates that they are not environmentally-conscious. Get on the band-wagon Jean-Coutu and shame on you!

Extremely unprofessional!! I had an appointment for a antigen covid test for traveling purposes, I was traveling the same day of the appointment, a few hours later. They called me to cancel my appointment last minute. I explained my situation, that i was traveling that same day and I had a lot of things to do, I didn't have time to find another appointment last minute.. all they said was sorry. -5 STARS!!!

worse customer service ever at the pill receiving counter/cash. lynn was very rude and was passing people who came after me before passing me. freaking ridiculous and she kept looking and smiling at me like the numb nut she is while passing other customers, so rude and unprofessional will never come back. this pharmacy is by far tha worse

I’ve been dealing with the pharmacist at Jean Coutu for a long time. I’ve never had any issues. Everyone has always been respectful and patient and professional.

Always polite, good service, especially at the pharmacy counter. However, I have seen one of the managers repeatedly wearing his mask under his chin or below his nose, even when I addressed it to him. Not a shining example by a MANAGER of a healthy decision in a health-related environment. I go there often enough and see the same thing happening with him, so he just doesn’t seem to care about or respect his customers.

Why have you recently blocked access to people in wheelchairs entering your establishment with the yellow barricades outside your store? This also poses a problem to people with baby carriages.
