Angels Heating provided prompt installation of new furnace only one day after diagnosis of problem. The technician that diagnosed the problem was exceptionally friendly and courteous and explained the problem, the installing technician was courteous and efficient. I would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others

December 23rd 2022, we are sitting watching TV, in a nice warm home, when the electricity goes out because of an accident down the road. Five hours later, 10 pm the electricity is back but our furnace does not work. I phone around and get several well we can get someone to come out next week" or "sorry we have no one to come out this late". I phone ANGELS HEATING AND THERE WAS A SERVICE MAN OUT IN THE NEXT HOUR. He checked over our furnace (it was 24 years old) and told us that we needed a new furnace. We agreed and the furnace was to be installed the next day (Christmas Eve) ANGELS had made arrangements with their wholesaler to have a furnace for us. Unfortunately

Our furnace broke down this New Years Eve. While other services were closed for the holidays Angels was open and had a technician to examine the system within a couple of hours.Unfortunately we needed a new system and Angels had it installed within days. Bearing in mind it was also the beginning of the weekend.Their technicians worked tirelessly to install the new furnace. Mani worked until 8:30pm to ensure the job was completed and we had heat once again.Farid and Mani were very professional throughout this project.We also received a follow up email explaining how to register our new furnace for warranty purposes as well as any currently available rebates.I would recommend this company and their dedicated employees that came to our rescue.Daryl and Donna R.

I had amazing serviceman or so I thought, Gas fireplace still didn't work after service and hours here, I paid via etransfer two amounts. This company totally took advantage of me, I am a senior and I was dealing with a dying husband at the time, he has since passed away May 1 2023.I truly wasn't paying close attention as to the situation. Now I am out the money and still no working gas fireplace. YES I AM ANGRYSigned Norma GardinerJUST SAD! That's all I can say.

I can't say enough about the hard work and dedication of Angel's technicians Abby and Sassi,hard working respectful, kind ,polite and just making sure everything was in proper working order before saying the job was done....Abby and Sassi became like family while they were here installing our Central Air unit.....Great company to deal with always there to help with a problem .....Thank you Ashley and Sabrina for all that you did for us...Just really can't say enough on Angel's Heating Cooling .....And Thank you again Abby and Sassi for being the amazing technicians you are....

My furnace started making a small ticking noise so I called to get it looked at. He tried to tell me I had a gas leak and furnace needed to be replaced. Today I Called Fortis in. Firstly with a gas leak this company was obligated to shut furnace down and report it to Fortis. Not done. (Fortis came today at my request. It is a minor fix. Washer on draft inducer is missing.) He then tried to tell me my hot water tank needed replacing. It is also fine. He “felt so bad” that if I went ahead with $13,000 work order he would absorb the call fee. Stay away from this company!

An absolutely first rate company. Their technician found a carbon monoxide leak in my furnace and replaced it the next day. I'm tremendously grateful for the professionalism of the technician who found the leak and helped mitigate my family's exposure to a serious toxin. Will be my go-to place here on in.
