Fantastic gym! The classes are so much fun. Pound is my favourite! It is a very clean and friendly environment. The instructors are so lovely and offer modifications to exercises. Lots of warm up and cool down time. I love that they offer FULL body workouts in an hour which is amazing for this full-time working mom! Classes are offered at very convenient times. All information about classes are posted on their website and Facebook page.
