Redicilous Western Union Service !I'm a tourist in Canada and weird employee with the long , curly beard and hair (the manager") - refused to give me my money which sent to me until I will have sim card registered on my name in Canada !!!I kindly tried to explain him that I'm a tourist here and I can give him my phone number in other country or phone number of the friend of mine instead (which was by me)
