Good ambience, food was served fast and good quality. Will be back to try out the rest of their menu. Tried their spicy tonkotsu ramen, was good but I may have regretted a bit from choosing a higher spice level. It was starting to just be spicy and couldn't taste the broth.

First time here and was not disappointed. Fun and modern ramen bar. Service was fast and efficient and food was delicious. Will be back again to try other items next time im in town again. Also remember to join the wait list before going as they don't take reservations.

Best vegan ramen I have had in Calgary!!! Love the vibe of the place. Quantity is great for the price, great selection of beers. Busy location even on weekdays, would recommend joining their wait list to save time. Fast service, knowledgeable servers, clean place.

Ramen here is very rich and flavourful. Bowls are on the pricier side but the quality has been consistent every time I visited. Noodles were very bouncy and the pork was tender.Pictured below are the brussels sprouts tempura (favourite appetizer!) and the JINYA Tonkotsu Original 2010.Be sure to join their waitlist online if you are thinking of dining in during peak times!

We went on a Friday during lunch and we were seated right away! I love the vegan options and looking forward to trying more in the future! Great size for small person, or if you have a big appetite pair it with many appetizers as well!

Jinya ramen barCurry rice croquettesCurry like rice croquettes with cheesyness inside. Crunchy texture and soft texturePremium red tonkatsu level 4 spiceThe spiciness was good , similiar to vietnamese/chinese spice that lingers on your tongue but doesn't numb it. The chewy noodles with the flavorful char siu. The cha siu is so tender and soft that it's easy to cut with chopsticks.q adds to it. Add with seasoning sauce to bring out the flavor.The tonkatsu blackHad a strong garlic taste with savoury meat. The buttery gsrlic taats and noodles were soft, full of flavor and tender. Cant say it's number 1 on my list, but still a go to try.

First time trying Jinya Ramen Bar, great set menu for Ramen dishes, love the flavours and everything goes we’ll together. Only giving 4 stars because I wish you had the ability to customize the broth flavours with all dishes, since alot of others may have certain dietary restrictions but may still want to try alot of the ramen choices just can’t because of the some broth ingredients etc.

This was my first time visiting, and even though it was packed, the server attended to us on time to offer us water and take our orders. I had the Kaarage Chicken Ramen, and it was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely visit again!
