Tobacco Outlet South - Silverado

To have a cigar store of this caliber in Silverado (5 blocks from my home) is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a great place for that hard to shop for tobacco lover, and they have a fantastic selection of cigars. When you first walk into the store it really has a touch of class to it, but the prices are very reasonable, I bought a beautiful table top lighter for my brother in law for Christmas and was shocked at how reasonable it was priced. They also filled it for me and made sure it was working flawlessly. No matter where you live this place is well worth the drive, you will not be disappointed.

I am a frequent shopper of Tobacco Outlet Silverado and have been for a while. I always try to plan my visits when Jeff is there. He is always so polite and personable. His customer service is outstanding. Always asking how my dog (Little B) is doing, and how things are going. This is definitely one person that makes me a return customer. The friendliness, knowledge, positivity and the overall demeanour of Jeff is beyond anything I have seen at any other business. More people in the customer service industry need to follow his example, as I find that customer service is not what it used to be. Or at least it’s very hard to find good service now a days. You can tell he really enjoys what he does and his customers. I’ve not only interacted with him personally but have witnessed countless times of him interacting with other customers and he does it so professionally. He definitely goes above and beyond to make your experience positive and memorable. 10/10 would highly recommend!

I love it there! Service is fantastic. The girl that works at Silverado is incredibly upbeat, friendly and has an advanced knowledge of the products. I was on a search for a good cigar as a gift and she had a selection and made recommendations which made it easier to buy! She really knows her stuff! Its always a pleasure when I see her at the Silverado store. I wouldnt go to anybody else for my cigar, smoke and vape purchases!

This store is outstanding! They always are so helpful and happy to see you come in. I won’t go anywhere else for any of my purchases. Staff and owner are so friendly and accommodating and helpful. Everyone should come into the store and have a look at how much products they have and they go out of the way to make sure your happy with your purchase. Again I just can’t tell you how much I love this store and the staff and owner!!! GO SEE THIS PLACE you won’t be disappointed.

I absolutely love this place. Always such a cool, clean environment and the staff are so friendly and helpful! Not to mention the price of smokes are cheaper here then anywheres. Jeff is the manager and is second to none. He is always there with a big smile ready to help out with whatever you need.If you live nearby, its worth it to shop here.

Great selection of products and exceptional staff, specifically Alina. She is knowledgeable, friendly and goes out of her way to help you find what you are looking for. She offers a personalized shopping experience and is always ready with suggestions if they are out of a specific product. 10/10

I came in earlier this month to buy a birthday gift for my boyfriends father. I don't know much about him except that he loves cigars. I came into your store and Alina greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything. As someone who doesn't smoke cigars myself I happily accepted her help. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me pick out the perfect gift that my boyfriends father absolutely LOVED. I can't say enough good things about the help that I received and the knowledge that Alina had about the products. I will definitely be coming back to see her when Christmas rolls around.

my first time in tobacco Outlet and was sent in blindly by my friend, he had called and spoke to Jeff to line me up for buying two cigars for Cigar and scotch night. couldn't have been happier upon walking in and getting greeted by the guy behind the counter, from his greeting I knew this was the guy, THE guy, Jeff. I don't like too many options, I like being presented with the best. Jeff was and is the best, we'll be back. every Cigar and scotch night, goes to Jeff. cheers
