Come check out the newly renovated Sorrentos. The chef is highly accommodating and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic experience!Their menu has changed. The food is really delicious… I recommend their house salad and the shrimp carbonara. They have a wood burning pizza oven and the pizza is outstanding! I tried a pepperoni pizza with olives, onions and drizzled with honey. So good!

Amazing restaurant for Italian food, the food is very delicious. I highly recommend the Chicken Parmesan, Carbonara and Gnocchi Alla Vodka. These were too good.The service is very fast and servers are very polite. Will definitely be visiting the restaurant in the near future.

I always enjoy going to Sorento with my friends. Service is great and everyone is super warm and friendly. I love getting their pizza. They also have lots of vegetarian options. I would definitely recommend this place!

Food is ok, but nothing close to real Italian cuisine. There are tons of authentic Italian places in Toronto. Srilankan chefs can not cook italian food, they are amazing at their own food.Place is not busy, seafood smelled a bit like just about to be bad. Had grilled calamari, sea fruits linguine.Pizza is ok, cheap ingredients produce poor results, ingredients were too salty. Had a meatlover.Service was ok too. The busboy was truly working hard. The waiter was a kind of a joker, we felt he looked down on us. Still I tipped him 20%.Atmosphere was ok, cheaply renovated. Washrooms not cleaned up to the industry standards. Table was sticky. Under the table food debris from previous clients.Price -quality- quantity is not balanced at all. They try to be in between of a restaurant and a corner bakery store. I do not want to go there and dine again. And if I want the same quality-quantity I will go to an Italian bakery for 30% cheaper, no tips, no hassle as the owner is the one serving you.Tiramisu was by far the best I have tried, considering the price.I strongly doubt I will go back. Those who do not know italian food might like the place.

I used to love the food they serve here but the place did need to be freshened up. I was surprised with the newly re-opened Sorento, the look, the atmosphere, and the service was impeccable. They're good with kids and if you want to have a great and entertaining server, look for Aaron! The food was still amazing! We ordered the medium anti pasto - olives and roasted veggies galore! Lasagna was commendable. Funghi truffle pizza was to die for!

Amazing place, amazing food at a fair price. Sad thing that this place was bought and it is going to become a Cucina de Paisano. I hope they keep the food and the price!

Average food and service considering the vast options out there nowadays. Customer service is lacking, haven't seen our waitress go by any of her tables to check on her customers. It wasn't super busy, could have easily been an added touch.What they mean by thin crust, it's paper thin at the centre of the pizza, more of an FYI than complaint.Something to note, they serve you fountain pop with no refill, would have preferred that they bring out a can instead.All and all, might be a hit and miss, but not sure I'll be going back there.Best of luck in the future.

The atmosphere at this establishment is truly comfortable and the staff is exceptional. Their food is outstanding, especially the steak pizza which, in my opinion, is the best pizza I've ever tasted. The chef's special banana, pineapple, and pepper pizza sauce adds a unique flavor. The drink menu is also quite extensive and includes options such as the classic Shirley Temple. Additionally, the food is prepared super fast (it takes like 5 minutes). Moreover, John's table service is nothing short of exceptional, exhibiting a remarkable degree of attentiveness, professionalism, and a keen eye for detail.

This place is a gem for Italian cuisine. The penne arrabbiata and chicken parmesan are absolute delights that I love. Prepare to be amazed as their amazing food never disappoints. You're in for a treat!
