Slowest McDonald's ever, machines were down and turned us away. Came back later and took 20 mins to get 2 McDoubles. No one was willing to come to the till to take our order.

The lid wasn't properly on my hot drink and it spilled while being passed to me in the drive thru. I have a burn on my leg from this. The person at the window reprimanded staff but didn't take accountability for herself not double checking the lid, failed to ask if I needed first aid anf while she did pass me several napkins, passing me ice or a cold wet cloth would have been appropriate. Sadly I was a bit shocked and didn't ask for what I needed, instead ended up driving back to Calgary work a burning leg. At least I wasn't also hungry.

We ordered for 4 ppl. After 15 minutes of waiting I went up to see where the food was. They were out of grilled chicken, but never told me until I came up. Tables were filthy in the restaurant and they don't do free refills of pop! Better to wait for your next main town and bypass this one!

Slowest mcdonalds I've ever been to. Only ordered iced coffees and after a 15 min wait in the drive through was told to go wait in the parking lot because the coffees weren't ready. I could have brewed four pots of coffee in the same amount of time. Never come here if you are in a hurry.

after placing my order in drive threw I got one burger and the fries 2 drinks then was parked for the rest of the food. after waiting in the parking lot for over 30 mins!!!! driving home and making food then packing it to take would have been faster and i would have hot food. i had to go in. I was told my food was sent out and that's that. after hearing the frustration a second manager came over and said ok i will get your food. I informed her i wanted my money back and i would go without. she gave me extra food and 5$ back. So hear i am 25mins late with freezing could food no ice in the drinks and NO Straws!High River McDonald's :( you need to train staff or closePictures are from my last 3 visits months apart but same customer horrible customer service

I have lived in high river for over a year now and this is the worst McDonald's have ever been to. They have never had the product taste Great or even cooked right. Today I got some mcmuffins and they were not toasted at all. They constantly get the product wrong, maybe corporate should look into thus location. After giving them more than enough time to get things right they don't. I will not be going back ever.

Never pay with cash here, for the last month they shortchanged me every time. Even when I tell them the right change they still short. Coffee is bad now used to be great but something changed.

Stayed at the Ramada with my spouse and decided to go grab breakfast. There were no customers and I could see the staff" hanging around in the very back of the kitchen.I stood there for ten minutes and not one of those lazy folks made any effort to take my order. They could see me but were uninterested in doing their jobs. I left and went to A&W who happily filled my order.This occured the previous night as well and there was a light haired girl who seemed to be doing all the work while her "co-workers" sat on their butts.Not worth the agravation."

This location has the worst drive through that I have been too. Hope they can fix this? Got out on the highway and noticed my French fry’s were missing. The lady at the pay window repeated my order and said she liked to do that so they don’t mess up your order. Well the people getting my order need to make sure they put it all together and double check before you get your order. Phoned the store location, after about 3 min of the phone ringing someone answered the phone. I explained the problem and all the lady could do was say sorry. Saying sorry is not fixing the problem at this location. If I could give 0 stars this location would get zero stars! So it’s almost 2 weeks later and I am back in High River. Decided to give this location one more chance. This time I walk into the restaurant for my order. Well to keep this short it took them 3 times to get my order right before I walked out of the restaurant. I not sure if it management or staff or both that is the problem at this location. If you visit this location make sure your order is right before you leave.

Fries always seem like they didn't get any salt.Food is good, but it takes forever to get your orderwhen you walk in. Maybe more staff should be scheduled during rush times?
