Few days ago I had my newly bought town-home inspection from Jaret himself and i wasn't satisfied at all.few reason why,1. After spending 2.5 hours on He didn't capture a window in the stairs where there was too much mold and surprisingly my realtor had told him about that when he arrived.2. When i asked him about the things checked attiq , he simply said the current owner had some stuff there so I didnt look up and when checked it was just a comforter they placed which could be easily removed from there3. His inspection report covered the all things which could have been seen without use of any professional one's.Thanks Jaret, U wasted my $350

Jaret did an inspection of my M.H. He explained the issues that he found & how they would or wouldn't affect me. He also, found problems that weren't problems at all.Later I found a bunch of problems that he didn't find. This has now gone way over my renovations budget to the point where renos have stalled off & on as I try to gather money to fix the issues. (Black mold along 3/4 of the (66') length of the south facing wall. I knew of a small area of water damage on the floor in the master bedroom from a hot water tank burst. Not 2/3rds of the bathroom + a 2'×2' section between the kitchen & second bedroom. Or the couple of roof leaks, on the roof that he said will last about 5 more years".)I contacted my realtor to find out what I could do to recoup my losses. He suggested contacting my inspector to check if I had signed any papers releasing the inspector from any missed issues. It seems that I did & now have no recourse for this incompetence (whether by the inspector or by the seller or his realtor)I had chosen this company as I knew the owner & hoped that he might check things extra closely for me
