Drivers are rushed and park a bit bad…. But considering the work they do, it’s amazing how efficient they can be, and how shiny some idiots criticizing them are. Could have an option to redirect the parcels, but truth is they are ok, and other companies will cause you losses on damages, which my business saw happen one time only with CCL, and it was maybe because the security guards took it in and dropped it

I noted today that this is the company in Victoria BC who hires the Amazon delivery drivers.Based on the recent months deliveries to our apartment complex on Gorge Road they are doing a lousy job picking the right people to do these jobs.One screw up after another... Leaving parcels in the lobby downstairs, at completely different addresses, not delivering on the day they are supposed to, repeatedly getting instructions wrong for simple things like READING an address label and using the correct intercom codes, barely speaking English or rude, if they do use the intercom....the list goes on.** To be fair, their drivers aren't all bad. Some do an acceptable job,are polite and follow instructions. But unfortunately, too many of them leave a poor impression of the whole company.**Most annoying and amazing, that for what should be a realitively easy job, many of their drivers continue to make the same mistakes again and again. I know a lot of other customers complaining to Amazon about this too, to no avail.So many people need jobs right now, can't you do better than this?? Your staffing personnel really should be able to do better than this too.Whether it's drugs, laziness or just stupidity causing these drivers to act this way, this is no way to treat customers.I would much prefer Amazon use Canada Post exclusively but they seem to think this is an improvement. CP isn't perfect but they are better than this overall, especially in our area.

They leave packages in the lobby instead of bringing to door address provided.

Don't know about their courier services but their delivery drivers are rude and impolite. One banged on my door, I opened it, said Hi! Because I'm expecting him to be like the polite friendly UPS drivers who actually look like they like their job. He says nothing turns around walks down the walkway. I say thank you and then realize he's left my package but also an opened box with another person's name and address empty except for garbage packaging material inside. Really!?At least their phone rep was polite when i called so I will concede two stars to them.

The package that was given to this company was wrapped in brown paper with a envelope taped to it with my complete name, address including my apartment number. Ingrid James sent the package with the wrong name on it and no apartment number. I had to wait an extra day and had to drive across town to get the package. LEARN TO READ!

One driver named BILL MANNERS that works here just comment on my post very rudely when I tryed saying a package got stolen because the delivery driver did not care to read the big note on door saying to put packages in different spot I have cameras and can see everything I’ve seen drivers throw things but I don’t say anything this is first time I got upset cuz somthing expensive was stolen and the rcmp were a big help and found them lucky

On time delivery can be challenging these days and I appreciate how positive our experience has been using Corporate Couriers.

This company is a subcontractor of Amazon Logistics, so they deliver Amazon Prime packages. Their service is absolutely atrocious. They are leaving packages unprotected in lobbies and using COVID as an excuse. Literally every other courier is delivering packages to apartment doors. All you have to do is knock and leave, you are never coming into contact with someone. It's simply a copout to excuse their lazy service. I sincerely hope they lose their contract with Amazon.

Steer clear as an employee and a customer. Involved in some pretty serious stuff. Justin Thompson is bad news. Could fall foul of both civil and criminal law.

If there was a no star that is what I would give. They deliver our meal box from Hello Fresh. So far Meal 1 is missing, Meal 2 dropped the wrong door, Meal 3 missing, Meal 4 wow they got it right. Meal 5 was dropped at a house 2 blocks away. If you don't care if your packages arrive great company. Don't trust them on any delivery.
