OVH updated our existing staircase. They were professional, thorough and very responsive. Luke was with us every step of the way providing excellent customer service and their installer was by far the most competent craftsman we have had working on our house. He treated the project as if he was working on his own home. I highly recommend OVH.

Ottawa Valley Handrailing was recommended to us by a company that was doing renovations at our home.When I met Luke, I was unsure of the style and wood for our stairs. Luke recommended me with different choices and was so easy to work with. I got to meet a number of his staff that took measurements and did the installation of our new stairs and everyone was so great and accommodating!The level of customer service far exceeds the norm. Luke checked in regularly on the work and his priority was our satisfaction.I highly recommend Ottawa Valley Handrailing! They are simply amazing and their work is stunning!

I would not hesitate to recommend these true professionals. Luke and his team kept in constant contact for timings and were a great help in helping me get to the final design of the staircase style I was looking for.The installer Andre, was a true craftsman and we were very impressed with his skill and the final product.If you can nail these guys down for a project you will not be disappointed. I would give 10 out of 10 stars if it were an option.

One of Ottawa's secrets, never new about this place. Called in and 4 hrs later order ready for pickup, and they got it right! Have placed a number of orders since :) Real nice to deal with is as well a bonus these days. Have a good one

I typically don’t write reviews, but I thought that this is needed. I’m writing this review for anyone looking for a fantastic company to deal with for a NEW RESIDENTIAL BUILD ! I dealt with Luke Marsalek , he is absolutely fantastic to deal with, not only did he help me make the right choices and suggestions, but also went above and beyond to help make sure that my vision came true. I was new to the process of building a new home and how the whole construction and installation for the stairs and railings would work. Luke took the time to walk me through the steps and show me how the process works. He was very patient and kind. The attention to every detail and thought that went into the process was comforting knowing that he cares about your project. He also had a very helpful and caring team. I had some other things that I needed to have done and he was able to help me find the right solutions, he always found a way to make things workout and look good. I highly suggest dealing with Ottawa Valley Handrail if you want your project done right and on time. Be sure to ask for Luke Marsalek and I promise you will be happy! We did considerable research before we contacted Ottawa Valley Handrailings. All reviews we read were extremely positive, and after having them complete our work, those five stars if anything are understating their performance. Luke was great with his suggestions and so very helpful, and not just getting the contract but seeing the project through to completion. Andriy the installer is an artist, his work was perfect. Their prices were very competitive, and we simply could not be happier with their final product. It is better than we had ever hoped. I have not completed many Google reviews, but had to make the time to review this company. Ottawa Valley Handrailing Company far exceeded my expectations. Luke, Andy, Louie and the rest of the team were fantastic to deal with. The finished product was perfection. True craftsmanship that you do not see these days. And it was all done on-time!! I highly recommend this company.

We had a really good experience with Ottawa Valley. We put a railing in, going down to our finished basement. We were extremely happy with the result. Luke & Andy were excellent to work with. The colour matching of the railing to our floor was right on. They were on time and on budget. I would highly recommend them!

We just had our carpet removed from our stairs and installed new hardwood and spindles. Luke was a pleasure to deal with and all schedules and materials were provided on time and as ordered. Andriy is an expert craftsman and did an unbelievable job installing the stairs, railing, and landing, while Julian completed the work of art with his final staining and finish work. A special thanks to Andy for his supervision and ensuring all aspects of the install were performed with no work required from us. The work was completed quickly with very little dust or mess in our home.
