Dr lococo is a great dentist that genuinely cares for his patients .....I've been coming here for many years and have never had any issues and was always a pleasant experience (as pleasant as going to the dentist could be...."

He chipped my tooth while polishing.Now I have a sensitive crack in my bottom tooth.His gloves smell like he wears the same pair on every patient.I came for a simple cleaning three times, each time it turned into some made up dental emergency.He was going to drill 3 of my lower teeth without telling me .No numbing or explanation.I grabbed his hand to stop.he yelled at me that I have TMJ etc etc..He could not remember seeing me before.Still no cleaning just an awful aggressive polish with tooth paste and he cracked my tooth.He is 85 yrs old! Time to retire.He does not believe in flossing.His equipment is not sterilized.Do not go here! Unless you want to get very ill.he does not wear a mask and told me he has a had covid.Last time I caught a bad cold from him.He coughs in your face.Been 3 times and he has coughed for a long time with no mask! The older assistant is his wife.But denies it.Chipped tooth today and now a sore throat.

Love doc lococ he's the first dentist I have had that actually cares about his patients he has gone above n beyond for me n I absolutely love him he makes u feel comfortable n will let u know exactly what he is doing

This is the best Dentist in the Niagara Region or anywhere I've been to a lot of Dentists in my life my Mr Lococo actually cares about his patients well being and for their oral health he's one of the first dentist that I have met that will do everything he can to save a tooth or teeth rather than just say pull it out and he is so good when he's got no choice but to pull out a tooth or teeth I didn't feel a thing and with in five minutes he had taken out three teeth that were be on saving if you need to see a dentist I would most definitely recommend that you go see him you won't regret it and you'll wish that you had been going to him your whole life

Dr Lococo was really awesome and friendly also showed me what he was doing and finally relieved my pain on my upper back tooth guy knows what he's doing wonderful staff too

Went to see dr lococo for the first time today and had an emergency tooth extraction done very nice and friendly makes you feel comfortable

Completely unprofessional doctor. I isolated at home due to not feeling well and I got an email back laughing at me. Do not attend this office . Kept me waiting an hour past my appointment time. Unorganized and unprofessional staff.

my boyfriend had an emergency dentist appointment at michael lococo's (SR) dental office. his work was very rushed and aggressive. first of all, he began working on the side of his mouth that DID NOT even need to be worked on! and then tapped hard on the tooth that was in excruciating pain already! also, he was very unsanitary! the dentist had dropped his intsrument (dentistry tool), picked it right back up and right back into my boyfriends mouth it went! the dentist did not wash his hands or his tool before putting it back into his mouth! he also used other tools that had been sitting in a drawer for probably a little while and did not clean it before putting it into my boyfriend mouth... and asked ME to grab it for him. not to mention that this dentist DID NOT WEAR GLOVES! he did have them on for the first bit of working on his mouth but took them off afterwards (continued to work on this mouth though, after he took them off). I have photos of this! this dentist also made ME be the dental hygienist! I had absolutely NO CLUE what I was doing because I AM NOT A DENTIST OR A DENTAL HYGIENIST! He asked me to hold the water vaccuum and the water sprayer in his mouth while he was working on it... then left the room as I proceeded to hold it. the dentist said to me, hold this will you? so he doesn't drown." the dentist had been gone for at leasr 5 minutes before he came back. at least 5 minutes I stood there and held his instruments! an assistant should have been doing this! Dr. Loccoco is amazing. Simply put, experience counts when it comes to oral health and he is experienced.

What a brilliant skilled man. Gentle, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I recommended my entire family to his practice. Keep up the great work Dr. Lococo :)
