Very nice place. The parking is across the street from the funeral home. Kind of poor placement but not like there's other options for parking. Either you jaywalk the 4 lane road or walk to the nearest crosswalk and walk back down. The parking lot is also a little tight so be careful.

We went to Lynett Funeral Home on Dundas Street after my Mother passed away. The funeral home has comfortable and peaceful amenities. We were served with a very compassionate, helpful & professional staff, Mr. Justin Edwards. He knew what he was doing. We wanted a simple package. He explained all items without any hidden costs. He never up sell us and treat my Mom and the loved family with great respect. We really appreciate his help. His sensitivity made a difference during our difficult time.

the staff at Lynett funeral home made the planning of my father's funeral stress-free and easy. Jason Hann took care of us very well. He was very professional and very kind and thoughtful, and best of all, he was not pushy and did not try to sell us anything we were not interested in. He was patient with us, and he explained all the steps to us very clearly, giving us helpful advice and guidance along the way. I cannot even express how Amazing, Wonderful, Compassionate and Empathetic the staff are at Lynett Funeral Home. They are #1 here for you, the family and the friends who lost their loved ones. They provide guidance and advice in things that you may not even had thought of and makes complete sense when they offered their words of advice. They put you at ease and let the family know, they are there for them and will make things however comfortable. Whether it was moving the guest book sign in to another place or having or belongings protected in another room. You matter to them and I think that is Beautiful.

We were at a loss when we arrived to make arrangements for our beloved but Justin walked us through the process. The honesty, kindness, respect and compassion given to me and my family will forever remain with me. The entire Lynett team went above and beyond. From start to finish, JASON HANN, Lynette Funeral Director, really took care of us and made the planning process easy. He was kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and very supportive. As a young individual who had never experienced loss or planned anything like this - it was really tough. I had to make all the arrangements for my family, and it’s people like Jason who made the process that much easier given that this is such a difficult period for anyone who has to go through losing a loved one. He took his time and walked me through everything. Anytime I had a question, he would always be available by phone or would respond to my emails very promptly. You can always tell when someone takes pride in the work that they do - thinking about every single detail so he can respect the grieving families and honour the loved ones that we are saying goodbye to. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Huge help at planning my late father's funeral and never tried to push/up sell me on anything. A few apparent miscommunications between Lynette and the Church, but they did a wonderful job diffusing the situation. Highly recommend.Thank you for making such a sad time a little easier!
