Came here to get some Newfoundland chocolates as souvenirs before leaving as they are the only shop carries them in Gander. However, the price for 15 pieces is 50% more than the retail price ($35 for $23) and the chocolates are old (expiring by end of this year). There is one box of chocolate already expired, but they scratch the expiry and still sell it for $50. The staff was very friendly though. I would have gotten 3 boxes if the price was fair as I want to support local shop, but I'm better off to buy online in this case. Hope the owner can look into this.

The gals were so friendly and helpful! Coming from Manitoba I loved all the items in the store. Everything was just lovely and I would recommend this shop to anyone visiting Gander.
