This is also coming a bit late since the appointment was on Feb 1 and I've only just figured out how to leave a review!I have always been very pleased with the service from this company. Very prompt, approachable, polite, efficient, and reasonably priced.Also, whilst fixing my toilet, the young fellow took it upon himself to unplug my bathtub drain (which I didn't realize had a problem, but which it obviously did since it drained so much better afterwards). So Kudos and thanks to Frankie!

Sorry this review is coming late. This is our 3rd time using Lew Plumbing. 2 months ago, my elderly parents hot water tank began to leak on a Sunday early evening. Lew was great helping us try to troubleshoot several times over the phone on how best to drain the hot water tank since the valve on the old hot water tank was faulty and we could not shut it off. Frankie came the next day to replace the hot water tank and noted that old water tank was not properly secured and re-did the gas flue (as this too apparently was done improperly) and then contacted the city for an inspection which was passed! Frankie did a great job. We will definitely use Lew Plumbing again in the future if needed!

Installed new furnace, zone valves, hot-water tank, and zone thermostats this month. Fairly priced for the quality of materials and work provided -- fast and professional. I have used Lew for over 15 years and Gord has never disappointed me, whether for major jobs or just yearly maintenance.

Don’t know about this companies work as I have never used them but I saw one of your drivers honking his horn non stop at a senior citizen that was trying to make a LEGAL left turn onto Nanaimo street from Stainsbury in east Vancouver. 4:30pm. Dec 5/22. Even before that the Lews van was driving erratically on commercial drive. Then again down E29th. Terrible representation of your company.Update:I was actually the silver car behind the Lews van watching everything. Driver was also making unsafe lane changes all the way up commercial drive beforehand. The driver of the silver van only made a right turn then an illegal u-turn because of your irritated driver honking behind him, pushing him to get out of this maniac drivers way. Did I mention speeding? Erratic driving doesn’t only mean the speeding you “checked.” Are you sure you weren’t the driver and also owner of this company? That makes more sense. Try again. The reviews also speak for themselves.

I have had Lew Plumbing & Heating service my home's boiler a couple of times in the past 3 years. A dead thermocouple was replaced along with normal boiler maintenance. More recently a pressure regulating valve and expansion tank had to be replaced. Both jobs were completed quickly on the same day of the original call. When no technicians were available to help me with a leaking gate valve, Gord came out within an hour and didn't charge me anything to fix the problem. I recommend Lew Plumbing & Heating for any and boiler related work.

Our townhouse had a complicated set up with radiant floor heating which previous plumbers had issues dealing with for getting our heat and hot water working consistently. Lew Plumbing had installed the original boiler in the unit and so we called them to fix the issue. The boiler itself was at the end of the lifespan and so they were able to quickly schedule a replacement with a tankless system. Jozef and Frankie who came to do the install were great. They were insistent on staying late on a Friday evening past 11PM to make sure we had running hot water for the weekend. Would definitely recommend for anyone considering any plumbing work. They know their stuff.

We thought it was a simple repair, but our ancient plumbing parts were not standard, and it turned out to be a complicated repair. Lew plumbing did some troubleshooting and repaired our pipes quickly and charged a fair price. I'm calling these guys from now on. They are dependable, honest and fantastic.

I have been using Lew Plumbing for many years and I've never been disappointed in the quality of workmanship from any of their employees. Gord, Frankie and John have always been very professional and efficient and they all have excellent trouble shooting skills.The service is very prompt and Gord has sometimes walked me through issues on the phone before coming in for service.I will continue to use Lew as my go to plumber and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about Lew Plumbing and Heating. We recently had them replace our hot water tank and boiler with a combi-boiler. Their price was competitive and the quality of work is five star. Gord Lew kept me informed on work progress and on job completion gave me a run thru on our new installation. When the job was finished and they'd left the place was spotless. He also arranged the gas inspector appointment and he said it was one of the best installations he'd seen. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Lew Plumbing and Heating.
