ÉVITEZ CETTE COMPAGNIE !!Cela fait 6 mois que nous essayons d'obtenir notre garantie sur notre toiture ( comme le commentaire précédent..on dirait qu'il y a de la farine sur notre toiture!)Mme Daigle ( la secrétaire) tourne en rond avec notre dossier. Je tente encore une fois de la rejoindre la semaine passée. Elle me dit que mon dossier sera réglé avant ses vacances. TOUJOURS pas de nouvelles !Si votre tactique consiste à tuer du temps en passant que je vais lâcher le morceau, vous pouvez rêver ! Demain est la dernière fois que vous allez me dire n'importe quoi. Vous allez m'entendre et s'il faut des avocats pour régler ce problème, alors ce sera ça !

Bonne compagnie qui se sont extrêmement améliorer au courant des dernières années avec de bon produits haut de gamme de revêtement et toiture.Ils ont de très belles couleurs qui se démarque et ils sont les pionniers des revêtements d'acier au look de bois (et bois torréfié).

PROS: Great choice of colors CONS: Very difficult to fit together (it is NOT as easy as vinyl siding and any siding installer can lose patience), can be easily dented during installation, unequal customer service when you need to reach someone at the head office* UPDATE: We recently bought a new color (Harrywood black walnut) to finish our project and it seems that the hanging side has been improved and easier to install.

Peter and Scott where knowledgeable and were very helpful in answering our design team's questions. I would definitely recommend looking into Mac Metal Architectural Products for their variety of finishes and applications.

We installed MAC for a repeated customer, and he loved it. We like to work with the material. Clean lines, great finishing and 100% Canadian, eh!

Le produit de MAC Metal est de très mauvaise qualité et ne dure pas longtemps. En moins de quinze ans la couleur s’est déjà détériorée avec pleins de traces de rouilles. L’entreprise refuse d’assumer toute responsabilité. À éviter !!!

Do not purchase this product!!! Especially if you live in Utah. There are NO certified installers (I have written proof of this from the company I purchased it from). The sales rep straight up lied to me about certified installers. He claimed there were “multiple” that he trained “personally”. However, once I started pressuring him for a list of names, he recanted his statement. I have $9,000 worth of their product, since March 2022, and no one to install.Stay far away from them.
