I had asked for a fade hair cut from one of the stylist and got exactly what I asked for. Even trimmed my crazy eye brows reasonable price and lots of chatting. Nice clean shop with tons of extra services. I truly recommend this place.

Went in to get my hair fixed and they did a great job. Mercedes is an apprentice and if she didn't know how to cut she would ask which I really liked. Great customer service :)

I highly recommend Mercedes at First Impressions. Always a positive experience in the shop and affordable too. Locally owned, Innisfail you should support your local business owners. It's unfortunate that small town people write fake bad" reviews for personal vendetta reasons."

My experience here was definitely a 5/5. Courtney made me feel beautiful for the first time in 2 years. She was professional, friendly and absolutely nailed the hair style I wanted. I would highly recommend her.
