Peter was involved in one of my project started 2020 by David Chassion’s introduction. They seems a tram working together, they were trying to get my farm horse arena project with $45000 , I refused, not because the amount, but because they way they did before let me feel uncomfortable work with them anymore.Peter introduced A Kevin Rise to me said he can help me get HRM find out how many units/ maximize the lot, I paid $3450 to Kevin and after 9 months waiting, he only sent me an email with his opinion not through HRM. David pretending very angry of the waiting, reply Kevin an email, call him MR. Bill, David came to me explaining that Kevin might be racist… i was quite shocked, there is no need to play this drama.Finally after 2 years waiting, I got development permit in end of Feb 2022, David sent me final bull including Peter’s fee I paid peter already.It took me while week in July I checked all my bank statements in 3 years found out I already paid $42000 not the quote as peter gave me as $25000 around .I sent email asking Peter if I submit the building permit HRM request some change, if he will do it? Peter reply no, because he didn’t get my payment, he was paid by David! I reply peter: I did paid him from my bank $140000 directly .Last week, I asked Peter and David for CAD so I can submit the building permit, they didn’t reply me.So I had to go to Small claim court and might be Supreme Court if the drawing cannot get the Building permit.
