bad mouthing an employee when leaving the job is a two way street. you did to one and it will bounce back. check the reviews in indeed.ca and you will know why the company hires all year round and high turnover rate, it speaks for itself. i left a good review on the company in my exit interview though.

So, there is just an advice for you guys.. you really need to hire more people for unloading the trucks .. these guys ruined my whole day... and my whole freaking weekend... They were rude and they didn't exactly tell me when they are going to help me.... they are always on the break or doing something rather than helping the drivers which is really not acceptable..I don't care about me but for the sake of rest of the drivers it will be good if no one else suffers... this change of yours will really be appreciated.. thanks!
