My mom died in September 2021 and the staff was great but Henry Walser himself demanded I identify her body despite chain of custody. He was abrupt and pushy and he traumatized my family after a tragic loss.

I cannot say enough good things about the Henry Walser Funeral Home. They were wonderful at a very stressful and busy time. Cassandra walked me through the whole process with kindness and compassion. The rest of the staff added an element of so much to the comfort and feeling of being taken care of that is necessary during a very sorrowful time.

Was an amazing experience inside of something so sad and difficult to process. The sensitivity, kindness, professionalism, and authentic care that was shown to myself and my family was not expected to this degree. I never felt pressured or being sold anything but rather was guided and supported. The livestream was amazing and it was so comforting for our family that could not be in person. It was a beautiful place of rest and really made everything complete for us. Thank you Henry Walser for making our experience one we will treasure in our hearts as it brought us such peace. Highly recommend.

They assisted in decision-making when it was difficult to make. They remembered names of my family members and the music during the service was beyond expectations. Henry Walser provided my family and I amazing service at the passing of my Nonna. Their chapel was amazing, and decorated beautifully, with Nonna being beautiful as well. Their staff members were very respectful and kind to the members who didn’t feel comfortable approaching the casket and offered an alternative door if required. Through the entire funeral they offered amazing help when many became confused on what was happening next and had the entire thing under control and run extremely smooth. If requiring a funeral home, my family and I definitely recommend Henry and crew.
