I had to order some parts from Vention for a customer of mine. They were helpful and I received the parts in a timely manner. The only problem is after the sale they bombard you with calls, e-mails, and surveys. I have blocked them and unsubscribed but somehow they keep coming.

I tried to reach out to the HR team in several occasions. I left my name, my company's name phone number and even emailed to get an answer from the HR team. I received no response. I'm not sure what to do to get an answer to my inquiry.
