You need to check in their system by yourself by entering your delivery number and thy will assign the dock . Once empty again enter your delivery number to get PODTry to back in from road into their driveway as the docks are too tight and no space for U turn

ATTENTION DRIVERS: Horrible Shipper for afternoon shift. Very rude and racist specially for minor ethnic people. Always rush drivers and makes inapropriate statements. Don’t know his name but he’s white short hairs male in his 70s. Company needs to do something with his behavior. I’ve already reported to my company. Hope, they won’t send me here in future. But, night staff is good there.

Ive been trying to return 290 Cheps for 2 weeks. I have left messages and stayed on hold for in excess of 20 mins. There is no call by the end of the day and there isn't any "customer care" associates to answer the phone??"

Poor management. Don't care about customer problems. No contact details of higher management & their sales manager never response on time. They have standard answers as we apologize for the cancellation. .I don't think even they care about their reputation on Google.
