I just bought new winter tires here after doing a lot of market research in the area and Autobahan offered the best prices and their service was absolutely seamless. They were kind and very professional! The prices were very affordable and the quality is unmatched:)I definitely recommend them if you’re on the hunt for some winter tires:)

Received amazing service fromMarianna and the team at Autobahn. I called in and they quickly accommodate me during my schedule. The team was thorough in their explanation and answered all my questions. I purchased 4 tires and they installed them for me.

Showed me 4 set of one brand installed a completely different brand without even advising me what is happening. By this time I had spent way to long to create a fuss. Very poor customer service to show one product and put on something very different without even informing the customer.

I had a nail in the tire and was not sure what to do. I called the sho pand Amar told me to come in. Within an hour, they inspected my car and actually told me the nail hasn't punctured the tire to cause/create a leak.They did not charge me anything for the check-up. Such friendly staff. I will be going to this location for all future tire/rim related things!

I came in today to do a tire exchange for my winter tire from the previous service and the work that is done here is excellent The customer service is exceptional and the crew that does the work that changes the tires. The crew is amazing and runs a tight ship. I give this please a five star rating.

Great staff! Very helpful. Can’t beat the pricing. Best tire place in Durham hands-down… I brought my jeep in to get tires patched… And I’ll bring both vehicles in every spring and fall to swap my summers and winters. Super busy on the weekend. Try and book during the week. They are fantastic people and do fantastic work!!!I recommend to everybody I know.Thank you again. See you in a couple months
