Always able to find what I need and Nick or Dave go out of their way to help or find a solution to any issue I might have . I have a restaurant business so there are always sinks or bathrooms, 3 compartment sinks or a myriad of other issues we might have big or small to take care of . Way better than a big box store and no problem is to small . Always friendly and patient and if they don't happen to have a part ( rarely happens) they will order it in . Prices are very competitive.

I had a problem with removing my soap dispenser from my kitchen sink, and went to Norfolk plumbing to ask some questions. the owner was very helpfull and lent me a tool to try to remove it. I did manage to get it off thanks to him.Thank you very much I really appreciated what they did for me.So kind of them.I would deffenetly deal with them.

It’s been 2 months they couldn’t fix my heating system. They don’t come on time and not professional in terms of commitment and talk. I asked their service in august , now it’s October 19. They came several times, made me wait all day and still hasn’t fixed.

We were restoring my bestie’s bathroom that had a water damage from the bath tub faucet leak. Replacement part was a cartridge for Delta MultiChoice 13/14 Series, which at the time anywhere we searched was $95 and up but this place was selling it at $55 at the time. Exceptional customer service, fair pricing, they know their stuff and we were given tips from the transaction which is always a bonus when you learn something new. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs any plumbing parts and then some, though I gave it 4 stars because they close early which was a bit of an inconvenient and we had to make time and cut short at work to catch them while they were still open. Nevertheless two thumbs up!

Family run business. Everytime I go there, they have gone out of their way to give advice and recommend the best options. Their prices are competitive with other places (even big stores).I always recommend them because of their service which is hard if not impossible to get from other places.

I bought a faucet out of desperation as they are close to my home. The owner told me I can return it if I encounter any problem. Unfortunately it was not a good fit so I have to return the unused item the following day. What he failed to mention is that he needs to keep 10% of my total purchase for his service. He said he helped me and spent time with me and they are not a big business establishment like Home Depot. He even got a signage by the till that he “forgot” to mention to me regarding returns. I get that you are a family owned business etc, it’s just unethical to take money from people in such a devious way. Be an honest business owner if you care about your business. Will never recommend to anyone ever.

5 stars easily. I came here looking for a honeywell zone valve motor, but after an employee explained to me their function I elected to buy the whole zone valve. The detailed explanation of how the valve worked, why I should purchase it, and how it would save me money in the long run were sound pieces of advice and at no point felt like an upsell. As an apprentice HVACR tech I know knowledge is worth more than any part you could buy, and with my limited knowledge in hydronic systems the advice I was given was wonderful to hear and was told with the confidence of years of experience.I will likely only come here for plumbing parts from now on. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place, managed to get everything from them. They were able to get me the parts that the big stores didn't have. Dave was extremely helpful and Bob is hilarious! Highly recommended coming here for all heating, plumbing and servicing needs!
