Only came in to buy two grocery products at night and found the place to be clean and the staff was helpful. I didnt use the pharmacy though.

C'est ma pharmacie! Rarement un produit offert n'est pas disponible. La pharmacie est très propre, calme et les allées sont dégagées. Le personnel est souriant et serviable.

Worst service ever!

Very bad experience with this branch, yesterday I bought Gel Comp Forme small size which I found it too small, the package was not opened, I was today to the store to change it with a bigger size but the team there refused, they told me that the items from this company cannot be changed or returned the thing that they didn't inform me when I bought it,. I remain with very bad impression about this store and the attitude of the staff there

Ne pas prendre de rendez-vous pour les prises de sang dans cette pharmacie car il faut insister fortement pour avoir ses résultats et sa facture!!- non seulement c'est hors de prix mais malgré mon courriel je n'ai pas reçu de devis comme indiqué lors de la réservation sur clic santé- L'infirmière ne m'a pas fait de retour d'appel et de courriel, ni au médecin, ni à moi pendant 3 semaines- 2 semaines pour avoir mes résultats et une facture alors que mon médecin me dit que cela arrive habituellement la journée même

I love this place.Pharmacy - They have always been very friendly and very good at their jobs. If they don't speak english, they are happy to have someone else come talk to you without making you feel bad.They are professional, efficient and go above and beyond.Canada Post - I have no love for Canada Post. But Sophie - she is THE best. She knows her job, she does it well and she is friendly. I am really going to miss her when I move.I have only ever had one problem at this location (not Sophie) and they corrected it for me no questions asked.The Store - They have a variety. Sadly much of what I used to buy they don't carry anymore, but that's a growing trend everywhere.They do have a plentiful selection of Burt's Bees.Everyone is friendly. And the cashier has tolerated my lack of learning french for 5 years very well :p.And it's the only place I can find real pizza pops!They are easy to get to, open even on holidays (usually).

Worst pharmacy service in all 18 years I deal with Pharmaprix. Usually when I move, Parmaprix at various location were able to get my prescription from other pharmaprix locations and even from other pharmacies. This location doesn't want to help at all. The technician stared for 15 min at prescription which CLEARLY indicated what I needed. Then another 5 at my Carte Maladie asking my last name (?!? ) its clearly printed.... and then asked why I needed what I was prescribed. SUCH A SHAME!!!This technician really made me feel unwanted and gave me strong feeling never return here
