Arbillaga H O Dr

Dr. Arbillaga is a awesome rhumatoligst. He does run behind at times but he takes his time with you as well. I'm thankful he takes his patients medical conditions seriously and tries to fiqure out what's the best medications etc. My doctor told me basically it was all in my head and I was at the point to just give up so I fully recommend Dr.Arbillaga 100 percent

DR arbigala is excellent, he is the only doctor that has taken my injuries serious enough to want to look in more and not send me home with more pills. If you have questions or concerns he is the guy to talk to. He told me about an injury on my shoulder from an mri that not even my family doctor had any interest in letting me know.I’ve had ankylosing spondylitis for a while now and I’ve been treated very well by him and his assistant and the nurse Janice at the northeast rheumatologist.

Very fortunate to have Dr Arbillaga treating my rheumatoid arthritis. He is very thoughtful and concerned of your overall health. When Dr Arbillaga investigates something that is problematic he does not stop until all avenues have been explored. Although the drive is several hours for a personal appointment I do not consider that to be an inconvenience and will continue to do so.

I've never been treated so badly by the receptionist. I went in today was left to wait to be helped by one of the two receptionist. I was then informed I didn't have an appointment and left standing there. After a minute of no response from the receptionist I left. I later called and the receptionist blamed me for walking out. I then explained that she made no contact with me to know she was rebooking me. I told the receptionist she could have told me to hold and she will look for another time for me but instead she ignored me. I told the receptionist she could have stopped me from walking out to tell me she was rebooking and at this point she hung up on me. I tried to call back but it was busy after that.

Very arrogant physician. Always in a rush. Don’t take the time to explain your problems and the root of the disease. Very rude with the patients. Also receptionist and staffs are not friendly!Do not recommend the doctor.

The staff is great there. Very organized

I have been Dr Arbillaga’s patient for 20plus years. He is compassionate and kind. He always takes time to listen to my concerns and if I am flaring he is always a available to help. Rare in a specialist. He is awesome.
