Amazing customer service! I had my ears pierced here and that evening I noticed the backing had fallen off one earring at some point throughout the day. I called right before closing time and the associate I spoke with, I believe her name was Annabelle, told me she would meet me at 930 the next morning before the store even opened to help me. She replaced my backing and was a huge help! Overall wonderful experience and store. Not to mention if I need another piercing I'd definitely go back!

This store has always been one of my favorites. They have a great selection of jewellery and accessories for toddlers up to adults. This store is always well organized, clean and speaking to look at, with everything organized by style and colour. I especially appreciate that it is not as cluttered and over-full as most jewellery departments are in larger stores. The staff are always so approachable and helpful, and there is always a fun sale going on. This time the manager, Jen helped me and she made my shopping experience so fun. I highly recommend this store!

AWFUL The worker that was there said I was stealing when I wasn’t and she made me look though my pockets and I didn’t have it. I was there Friday at like 1:50 or 2. Awful hope she gets fired. She must be a racist, i was literally taking my time in looking for something i had 3 things and looking for 3 more things cause there was a sale. AWFUL

All the coolest little jewelery and hair stuff for your girls or feminine male friends in your life. More glitter in here than you can probably handle so just be careful touching too much stuff or someone might think you were packing glitter bombs and they will never trust a package you give them.

Honestly, I'm a dad that doesnt have much a connection here. But my daughters, well this place has everything and more to put a smile on their faces. Accessories and more options for accessorizing is amazing here.

I bought nose piercings from there that were supposed to be sterling silver, but when I put them in my nose, 3 days of having them in they start to turn black.

they have extremely cute things however i was there today, holding a plushy i was gonna buy anf an extremely rude lady accused me of trying to put it in my bag? i honestly dont even know where it came from i was just holding it.. i was honestly so surprised. i ended up not buying it and buying an eyelash curler instead but i was just shocked at how rude she was being. good stuff, bad service

I walked in today for a first time experience for my 3 year old daughter. There was no one in the store and the young lady that was the associate was sitting behind the counter on a step ladder was glued to her phone. She literally did not lift her head once to see if I needed assistance what so ever. I have worked in retail for many years and this is not how I was trained to work. Then proceed to put her hair in her mouth as she was ringing me up. Not a well trained individual and very disappointed with the service in this store.
