As an observer and close friend to the buyer, involved to some degree with this transaction, I can say this:What has seemed to be a very pleasant transaction using this agent before the offer was accepted turned out to be a very disappointing experience overall. Not only she never advocated for the interest of the buyer (this agent acted both as a seller's and buyer's agent) but she was biased to the seller for other reasons as well (being the daughter of the seller's friends). Throughout the process she used a patronizing attitude towards the buyer and failed to facilitate a seamless communication with sellers on some issues. She refused to make an amendment to the offer invoking agent- customer vs agent-client type relation, deferring the task to the buyer's lawyer (who was surprised by her suggestion). A transaction like this has its nuances and ways of addressing the various challenges. One needs experience, self awareness, compassion and common sense for a smooth process - something that this agent did not deliver.

Brittany was delightful to work with! Extremely professional, excellent communicator, very knowledgable and a joy to work with. With her help, we broke the record for prices on our street. We knew nothing when we first chatted with Brittany and mentioned that we didn't really know what to do with our house. She helped us at every turn. With Brittany's help we successfully rented our house worry free. Later when it was time to sell, we knew wanted to work with her again. She was extremely patient with us as we explored many different options on both the buying and selling side. She new exactly when to advise and when to hang back a bit and let us feel things out for ourselves. Brittany gets my highest recommendations!

We used Britt for the purchase of our first home.
