I had an issue where I needed screw piles installed on a rental property for a new step. The utility services were way too close to be safe without getting a locator. Before you dig - locating" came out right away and we were able locate the lines and I was able to get the screw piles installed with a few changes to original location of the piles. Horrible Business PracticesDoesn't return calls, promises to call right back and then never does.A new story every time we ask for payment.She basically yelled at me about how she would pay the bill and still has NOT MADE A SINGLE PAYMENT!
