Beachcomber Hot Tubs
We didn’t by new but we did lots of research, and from the day we first met Kim, Don and Mike, we knew we wanted a Beachcomber hot tub. They have been helping us ever since we called about having our tub moved to our place, and had a full once-over check up. They have answers every question, been there even when the shop wasn’t open and have been willing to come to our place, an hour from them, whenever we need. We would recommend a Beachcomber hot tub, new or used, to anyone. And Kim, Don and Mike are the BEST!!!!!

Beachcomber Hot Tubs
My hot tub broke down and I was worried that I'll have to fill with antigel to survive the winter.I caĺled several companies in the area but Beachcomber was the only one that offered to take a look, even if I didn't buy it from them. So next day two gentlemen showed up and they were accomodated my situation, they came back in an hour so I can empty the hut tub and they replaced the heater in less than an hour.They explained every thing they did and gave me good advice. I could use the hot tub in the same day and I couldn't be happier.

Love my Beachcomber hot tub! Kim and Don have been outstanding to deal with! They are extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy for me! They are very accessible and offer tremendous service and advice! Highly recommended!

Beachcomber Hot Tubs
We purchased a used hot tub about a year ago. Just to make sure we were really going to enjoy it. Kim has tested our water and given me some outstanding advice. Even though we haven’t purchased a Beachcomber YET, Kim treats us like we have. My husband and I know without a doubt we WILL be treating ourselves to a Beachcomber soon!! Thanks Kim!

Beachcomber Hot Tubs
2021 we decided to buy a hot tub I took a drive out to Kingsville to check them out. Kim one of the owners of Beachcomber was there and quite informative and helped us pick out the most suitable hot tub for us. She told us the waiting list for these are quite long due to covid so many people are buying hot tubs right now Canadian made out of BC. We were kind of unsure a purchasing one cuz my husband has ALS. Kim said leave it with her and see what she could do she worked her miracles and we got the hot tub in November which was perfect because by January my husband could no longer get in the hot tub their service remarkable. Kim's husband and a helper came and set iit all up very friendly I would definitely recommend them 100%

My Beachcomber is the best! Never breaks! Bought chemicals and got a free filter too!Year 3 and my tub continues to operate perfectly. I have owned two other hot tubs from other manufacturers. One of them was supposed to be a premium" tub. After 4 years

Beachcomber Hot Tubs
We very quickly knew this was the place we are buying a hot tub from. We felt very comfortable with our purchase. It was about finding the tub that we would most enjoy. After receiving and using it for a while I can say it's 110% true. Not to mention the great service beyond the sale. Any products, questions etc they will help you with.
