Vent Guys

Highly recommend! We had HSP out for a dryer repair but they told us our vent was clogged. Vent Guys came up first in my Google search for vent cleaning, Dan happened to be in my area the next day and was able to fit us in! He came out, was very honest about the issue we were having and explained (showed me) why our vents were probably not the issue. I could have easily sent him away, saved money to not clean them and called HSP back out. But he was so informative, genuine and actually wanted to help the customer out so I had them cleaned anyways. He was efficient and left the area spotless. Best $$$ spent just with the knowledge I was given. We will for sure be having Dan our yearly for our vent cleaning!

Dan did a great job, even rescheduled the job to make sure he could get it done before the snowstorm. Definitely would recommend

What can I say about these gentleman that hasn't been said before? Responsive, incredibly professional, timely and safe.If you need someone to handle duct work in the Twin cities, these are the people to call.Don't hesitate. Call them asap.

Dan is the bomb! He knows his stuff! He cleaned out my dryer vent that exits onto the roof, and trust me I would not want to climb a ladder that tall lol :D

I had a very complicated dryer duct repair and replacement. The Vent Guys came out and assessed the situation; strategized about how to fix it; and completed the work in less than a week. The fix required removing cement block from the foundation; inserting new duct work; and then replacing cement block. The work was done on time and on budget. I am extremely satisfied.I would definitely recommend them.

Dan showed up on time and explained the process in simple terms so I could understand how and why dryer vent cleanings are something to stay on top of. After looking at the dryer and vent structure, he got setup out back and finished the job quickly. He was very courteous after I mentioned that our cat likes to escape out of doors when people come in and out and he made sure Little Boi didn't go on a neighborhood tour today! I'll certainly be referring Dan out to anyone going forward.
