Wow what happened to this place. Food quality went downhill completely. We ordered pho but beef had no flavor and in bad quality. Papaya salad sauce didn't taste good and papaya tastes plain. Iced coffee didn't taste like coffee. Salad roll peanuts tasted like they expired long ago. Complete waste of money.

I Love this place. My family go here whenever we want to eat out. The price is great and I love the new look of this restaurant. Thank you to the new owner for the beautiful update and fantastic food ! Wonderful place to eat out.

They offer really good Pho! Grilled lemon grass chicken is da bomb! Will be back to try other food on the menu! The Pandan flavored tea they offer washes the food down perfectly!

I ordered P6 and P15 and the salad roll for pick up. All was tasty but the soup was spilled out of the container.

This is my first time go to this Restaurant. It’s very cleaned and the atmosphere was great. I ordered the vermicelli with lemon grass chicken and a mango smoothie. The presentation looks great and taste great too. I will be back to try other food items on the menu and will give another review soon. I came back the second and third time and the food was excellent. Would recommended to give this place a try.

Found this place while waiting for the kids to finish volleyball in Langley. Authentic traditional Vietnamese food. It was a hot day so I didn't opt for the Pho but had a vermicelli bowl and salad rolls. Food wasn't exceptional but was good and just what I needed for dinner.

EDIT: New Management change to 3 stars satisfactory - This new review is now reflective of the new management of pho hillton. The service is still great but there are some differences - mainly how the pho is, but overall it is still a good spot to go to. Their pork banh mi was very good. I find the portion slightly smaller than usual spots and their broth isn’t quite as flavourful. The BBH is a specialty dish and only offered in the Large size. The prices are a bit higher than the previous owner but again that was then and this is now (and of course inflation doesn’t help). The restaurant has a clean interior and ample seating - when we were there there was a family of 8 comfortably enjoying their meal.————Really enjoy this little hole in the wall! Went June 14, 2022 and they have hand sanitizer at front and staff was wearing a mask. Tables are spaced out and plexiglass at cashier. I felt safe and really like their pho. We also usually get special banh mi of grilled chicken and they always do the trick.
