Just bought a new truck from them. They were completely honest and transparent. Was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made.

Called in the AM and asked if I could have a tire repaired that picked up a screw and required it this day, I was told to bring it down and leave it a couple of hours, after about 5 hours i called and was told it wasn't done but give him a half hour and will get it done, I headed back to town only to be told that they couldn't do it till the following day. I told him a needed the car for the next morning and that is why I called ahead. Asked to speak with the manger of the dealership and was advised he was busy, so the sales manager looked into it and was told there was nothing they could do. worst part! they just seemed to not give a care. used to getting this in the city not small town, but guess this new dealership doesn't need the business. well mine anyway.

Don't recommend anybody use the bodyshop to get anything repaired. Had my truck in there for a very small job and it's been in there for 38 days and still not repaired. Not happy at all.

We have bought two brand new trucks from this location. The sales team has been fine to deal with, the service department leaves a lot to be desired. After 10000kms I had a sensor issue with my truck, called to see if I could get it looked at. Received no help, was told it would be next week at the earliest"

DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. They are liers and take your deposit. They are very dirty. Left a 500 dollar deposit here in which they told me that it is refundable if I decided to cancel. They contacted me and said they could not fulfill my order and then said they had another truck they could bring in which was more money. They brought in the truck in and said I would have to increase my down payment by $1800 and the monthly payments from what we discussed. I wanted to cancel the order, and now they are playing games and refusing to give my 500 deposit back even when they said they would. They are very rude and respectful. Refuse to talk to me and makes excuses

Been dealing with Beausjour Gm for several years now to safety my commercial truck and they have been extremely pleasant to deal with, very friendly professional service, and most of all a honest dealership to deal with. They have went out of there way on several occasions to insure I was taking care of. Definitely a Top notch service department you guys run over there.
