Me dealings with Phil Vinet of Vinet Farm Performance Horses has been very poor. Phil has proven himself to be a bully and has been harassing me for reasons I cannot understand. I’ve tried to solve whatever problems he apparently has with me amicably to no avail. He seems to spend his time tearing other people down to make himself feel better. He is belligerent and self righteous and I do not recommend his business to anyone.
