We have worked with Meere's Construction on many projects and they have got to be our favourite contractors to work with in terms of their communication, quality of work and clarity of scope. As a trade(painting contractor) that works closely with them, I see the ins and outs of how they treat their clients and the thought that goes into their builds and I would not hesitate to connect with them to do my own personal build.

Before I submitted a review I wanted to take some time to digest the experience and have some time to live in our place. We worked with Joe and Ben over several years developing a plan to build two houses on a rural property, even before purchasing the land Joe advised us on whether the land was buildable, and encouraged us to work with a geotechnical company etc. Joe’s guidance through the process was particularly great as he has years of experience going through the process. Being that we were very new to the build world the experience was something we were looking for in a builder but also someone familiar with the area. We worked with a couple designers to come up with our build concept, to which Joe quoted on the final product. Joe did all our site work with several sub contractors and the build began. Fast forward a bit we had the opportunity to then work with Ben who also has years of experience, and a really great design eye. Their attention to detail was terrific, the craftsmanship of the builds are top notch. I would say we were probably a pretty high maintenance client and both Joe and Ben rolled with it. Changes were no issue Joe often said “No problems only solutions” which was ideal for us being first time builders. Fast forward to 18 month living in our place and I have to say there are very few deficiencies, and the deficiencies that are present are really things that were out of their control. A big thank you to Meeres Construction group and their crew of folks who personalized this experience for us and got us into our new homes timely . I would highly recommend them for your construction needs.
